From closed-won deal to compliant customer, automatically
VERA plugs into how your team already sells and onboards — provisioning, verifying and evidencing every customer without manual chasing.

How VERA runs a compliance program
Connect your CRM
A closed-won deal triggers provisioning automatically — customer record created, plan applied, portal invitation sent and tracked. Manual onboarding is available when needed.
Verify, register and capture agreements
Identity verification (KYC/KYB) runs as part of onboarding, MFA is enforced, and sender IDs are submitted, validated and tracked through the relevant registry — ACMA today. Alongside this, VERA tracks which terms and declarations each customer has accepted, with acceptance evidence stored against their record.
Capture declarations and evidence
Indemnity declarations, consent records and verification outcomes are captured and stored in a versioned, audit-logged evidence repository.
Monitor and renew
VERA tracks expiry and renewals automatically and surfaces live compliance status — who's compliant, who's pending, what needs attention.
Resolve privacy requests as they arise
Deletion, access, rectification, portability and restriction requests run as tracked cases through to a completion certificate — hand-over evidence for a regulator or customer. A PII location register keeps every request grounded in where the data actually lives, deadlines follow the relevant regulation, and requests can chain across the supply relationship when an operator and its customers both hold pieces of the data.
Plans map to product entitlements
Operators define a catalogue of commercial plan tiers, and VERA enforces them as product entitlements automatically.
What a customer buys is what they see. Features outside their tier remain visible but locked behind an upgrade prompt — never hidden, always a clear next step for the customer to buy more.
Common questions about how it works
Which registries does VERA support?
Australia's ACMA Sender ID Register is fully integrated today — submissions, validation, expiry and rejection history. ACMA's sender registration obligation is now in force, and operators are running against it live. The platform is registry-agnostic, with additional jurisdictions added as regimes mature.
How do customers get onboarded?
Automatically. Connect your CRM and a closed-won deal triggers provisioning: customer record created, plan applied, portal invitation sent and tracked. Manual onboarding is available when needed.
How does VERA handle privacy requests?
The privacy rights (DSR) workspace runs deletion, access, rectification, portability and restriction requests end to end today — not on a roadmap. A PII location register maps where personal data lives, deadlines are set against the relevant regulation, and requests can chain down or up the supply relationship when more than one party holds the data. Every request closes with a completion certificate as hand-over evidence.
Is it secure enough for compliance data?
VERA is multi-tenant with row-level isolation, enforces MFA, and audit-logs every significant action. Compliance evidence is retained for 7 years.
