Who is VERA for?

Is this a Drata / Vanta alternative?
No. VERA isn't a horizontal GRC or audit-prep tool. It's purpose-built for electronic-communications compliance: sender registries, sender identity, agreements, declarations and privacy requests.
Does VERA handle privacy requests, not just sender registration?
Yes, and it's live today, not on a roadmap. The Privacy Rights workspace covers deletion, access, rectification, portability and restriction requests end-to-end, backed by a PII location register and regulation-aware deadlines. Requests can chain across the supply relationship — an operator passing a request to customers and vice versa — with assistance windows sized so everyone still meets their own statutory clock. Every closed request produces a completion certificate operators can hand to a regulator or customer as evidence.
Can we see what each customer has agreed to?
Yes. Agreements lets you define the terms, declarations and contracts each customer is expected to accept. Customers accept through their own portal, acceptance is stored with a date and downloadable as proof, and it rolls straight into that customer's live compliance status.
Can VERA match our commercial plans?
Yes. Operators define a catalogue of plan tiers and VERA enforces them as product entitlements. Features outside a customer's tier are visible but locked with an upgrade prompt.
