Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VERA platform operated by Kudosity Pty Ltd. By accessing or using VERA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

VERA provides a compliance management platform including trust center hosting, document management, AI-powered Q&A, and questionnaire auto-fill. You may use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to VERA. We do not claim ownership of your compliance documents, policies, or other materials. We use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

VERA's AI features provide suggested answers based on your uploaded documents. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload malicious content, violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kudosity Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
